Meet Dr. Lisette Rollins,
South Plainfield Chiropractor

Most people think of chiropractic care as spinal adjustments and temporary pain relief. At Spinal Couture, the approach is different.

Dr. Lisette Rollins is not only a chiropractor, but also a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Functional Training Specialist, allowing her to bridge the gap between hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation.

By combining chiropractic care with movement analysis, corrective exercise, strength training, and functional rehabilitation, she helps patients address the underlying causes of pain instead of simply managing symptoms.

Every treatment plan is designed around one simple philosophy: your body should move well before it can perform well. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, returning to exercise, or simply trying to stay active as you age, care is individualized to improve mobility, restore strength, and build long-term resilience.

At Spinal Couture, our goal isn't to create lifelong patients—it's to create resilient people who know how to care for their bodies and stay active for life.

Dr. Rollins believes that true healthcare isn't just about feeling better today—it's about creating a body that can support the life you want to live tomorrow.
