Monthly membership: comes with four adjustments and one 30 minute medical massage per month. $285

 

OPTION 2:

Unlimited monthly membership: comes with unlimited chiropractic adjustments and one 60 minute medical massage per month. $480

Guided exercise sessions: if using the gym on your own is not for you, you may opt to have Dr. Rollins structure an exercise program for you and she will guide you through the exercises looking for proper form, safety, and efficiency of movement. They may be used at any time.

Four pack: $120

 

Guided flexibility sessions: if you need help with your flexibility, Dr. Rollins offers a flexibility package that will be guided and assisted to suit your specific needs. They may be used at any time. Four pack: $100.
